At Tundraland, one of our favorite parts of our job is interacting with our customers and seeing the many smiling faces of those that we serve throughout Wisconsin. So, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and social distancing became the new norm, it became hard to have these same interactions with our customers. Luckily, we have been fortunate enough to remain operating during this unprecedented time and have developed new ways to continue serving the community safely and from a distance. Here are some ways that Tundraland is supporting our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic:
Virtual Consultations
Traditionally, we begin every home remodeling project with an in-home consultation. We still wanted to offer this service while social distancing, so we can now come to your home via video chat. Our virtual consultations allow us to connect with our customers through the video conference platform of their choice for that same personalized experience. Depending on the project you have in mind, you’ll have the opportunity to show us your home and share your vision with one of our experienced designers.
Tundraland Cares
Tundraland is always happy to help out and give back to our community. We put a twist on our Singing in the Shower campaign by inviting our customers to submit videos of themselves singing in their bathtubs or showers for the chance to win a gift card to a local restaurant. This gives everyone a chance to show off their pipes while also helping small businesses that could use a little extra support right now. For those that would rather watch than sing, local artists live streamed performances during our Tuesday Tub Tunes. Viewers were even given the chance to contribute to a virtual tip jar by submitting a donation via Venmo or Paypal.
Before, during, and after this pandemic, Tundraland cares and will always care. We hope everyone is staying safe and look forward to seeing you all soon!
